Twin "A" has already shown himself to be the more well-behaved, as you can tell by the pictures we have of them. For some reason, we don't have any "full-body" pictures of Twin "B." We saw all of him, though! At my appointment yesterday, twin "A" was nicely positioned to hear his heartbeat, while Twin "b" was behind my own heartbeat, so we had to listen to his in the background. He was also moving and squirming around so much that the doctor had to follow him around in order to hear it well.

A Morning with Elsa...
Here's what you may find if you spend a morning with Elsa. She knows how to:
1) Go into the snack closet and take out a box of cereal. Open the box. Take off the clip from the bag. Open the bag. Sit down and start eating.
2) Smile when you come in from the other room and say, "What in the world are you doing in here, Elsa?"

Expecting and the Unexpected
As many of you already know, Shelley and I are expecting another baby! She is 15 weeks along. Here is the ultrasound from Wednesday:

However, there was not supposed to be an ultrasound yet. This was supposed to be a regular checkup for Shelley so I wasn't with her; instead, I was heading to work at the time. As I'm waiting for the bus I get a phone call from Shelley asking me if I had left yet...since I had just missed a bus and was sitting outside of our apt., she told me to go back inside and she would give me a ride to work.
When Shelley came home she said, "How good are you at reading ultrasounds?" To which I responded, "Why did you get an ultrasound today?" She put the picture in my face and replied, "Here's our baby..and HERE'S OUR OTHER BABY!!"

Needless to say we were both shocked. We never even gave the possibility of having multiples a thought. We are now nervous and scared and excited. The due date is April 27, but most likely they will come earlier than that. Elsa better start practicing carrying a baby around. Ahhhhh!

Happy Halloween!
Elsa had her first trick-or-treating experience last night. She got to dress up like a kangaroo, ride in the wagon with Ali (and try to steal everything Ali was holding), knock on some doors, see a kitty cat, and even bite through a wrapper and eat her first chocolate. Needless to say, she liked it a LOT. It was by far the most exhausting 4-house trick-or-treating event EVER. I think the girls had fun! We celebrated "fall back" last night by turning our clocks back before we fell asleep...when we turned off the light, the clock said 8:47...we are party animals.
