In the past few days Elsa has been going to town on her fist and fingers - yesterday she started using her thumb as her primary sucking finger and this is her new style. Thumb in mouth and hair being pulled. She has been doing this non-stop for the past two days now...when she is playing, sleeping, even eating - she spits out the food source to shove her thumb in instead. We'll see if that keeps up.
We thought she would be a thumb sucker since she was sucking it the day she was born and the first day or so home...and we have the ultrasound picture that we realized she is sucking her thumb in (although we didn't know until we saw her in real life and noticed how she had her thumb in her mouth with the rest of her fingers covering her face...) At this point, I'd rather have her keep her pacifier, but I guess it isn't up to me to decide.
She mostly sucks her left one and also likes to hold her bottle with her left hand, so Aaron & I are thinking she may be left-handed. I know it would make her great-grandfather happy!
In other news - I finished my puzzle! I needed something to do, so I bought a puzzle - I had no idea what was a reasonable difficulty level...this is a 1,000 piecer...turns out that is a little bit hard, but fun! I don't know how people do the 5,000 piece puzzles...this one took me a few weeks! Now I guess I have to take it apart :(

I'm very impressed with your puzzle. Looks like it was a good one!
Hunter used to do that...suck his thumb and pull on his hair....not sure why they do it!
She is adorable!
