Because this is how mommy dresses...Elsa was gone for about 20 minutes when she was supposed to be getting dressed. She came downstairs with that grand pronouncement, wearing one of my shirts she got out of my closet and, please, please notice she has put on MY tights as well! (I know...I seriously do own a pair of tights...)
