We are going to play a game - Guess which person is 36 weeks pregnant? Aaron is a fan of the "bare-belly" shot - sorry if it grosses anyone out! Everything checked out OK at the doctor today. She said we have a "little baby" in there - I guess that is okay? I was sort of hoping the kid weighed about 25 pounds - it would help explain the weight gain!
Yesterday I had the most fun ever in Babies R Us. I love that store. I went to find the rest of the stuff on our registry that we needed. I have to brag and say that I am a champion at finding stuff in there - I found everything I was looking for! Of course, I was there for like an hour, but that's ok! I spent awhile in the afternoon finishing setting up her room. I think it's basically all set up now. I still have some things to wash and I guess I have to pack my hospital bag sometime soon. I don't really know when I am supposed to do stuff like figure out how to put the car seat in the car and move the little crib to our bedroom. It's really weird just waiting for something that could happen in the next week, or could be another month!

I should have done that game with Paul and me when I was pregnant. It would have been more difficult to tell which one of us was pregnant. Oh well, maybe next time!
That was easy. Our faces gave it away!
yes, yes, the faces. THAT'S what gave it away. :-)
shelley, you look AMAZING!!! and, are those the very special, huge & comfy sweatpants from target? i've alternated between my two pairs everyday. it's a sad day when they're both in the wash.
you look wonderful!!
and just something i wish someone had told me...don't go crazy with the hospital bag. maybe other people are different, but i was happy wearing the hospital gowns, pads and mesh underwear so nothing of mine got messy! i do suggest bringing whatever 'bath' products you want for that awesome shower sometime after the birth. (is it gross that it was 2 days later for me??) it'll make it feel so much better!
can't wait til the big day arrives!
ps, those special comfy huge sweatpants sound like a dream...please dont tell me you got them months ago!
Aaron was 7 lbs. 11 oz. and 20 1/2 inches long (head = 13 1/4 inches).
Alexis was 7 lbs. 9 1/2 oz. and 21 1/2 inches long (head = 13 1/4).
hahahahhaha. Oh man. That was a good game.
